  1. All air within Canada is non-refundable. The remainder of the components, coach services and hotels are all standard.
  • Up to 30 days in advance of the date, full refund.
  • From 30 to 15 days in advance a 50% refund is offered.
  • From 14 days to actual check-in there is no refund at all.
  • All travellers are required to sign a form which spells out what they should be purchasing in the way of Travel Medical and Cancellation and Interruption. The travellers won’t be accepted if they don’t provide this form completed and signed.
